Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India to direct the Rent Control Appellate Authority (Sub-Judge), Tuticorin to expedite and complete the Trial in R.C.A. No. 2 of 2021 within a time frame stipulated by this Court. For Petitioner :

ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the revision petitioner to direct the Rent Control Appellate Authority (SubJudge), Tuticorin to expedite and complete the Trial in R.C.A. No. 2 of 2021 within a time frame stipulated by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3.It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the petitioner is the respondent in R.C.A.No.2 of 2021 and he is aged about 76 years. Perusal of records show that R.C.A.No.2 of 2021 was filed in the year 2021. The respondent has filed the written argument only on 15.12.2021 and from 15.12.2021 the case was posted for hearing appellant side arguments.

4. Since the revision petitioner/respondent is a senior citizen, the learned Rent Control Appellate Authority (Sub-Judge), Tuticorin is hereby directed to dispose of the R.C.A.No.2 of 2021 within two months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With this direction, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
