ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and not to interfere in civil dispute based on his representation dated 08.03.2023.

2. Due to civil dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents, the petitioner has filed the suit in O.S.No.388 of 2022 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Kovilpatti against the private respondents. During the pendency of the above said suit, the petitioner as well as the private respondents have given complainants. Based upon the above said complaints, enquiry was undertaken in C.S.R.Nos.1098 of 2022 and 333 of 2023. During the course of enquiry, both the parties appeared and they have given undertaking that they will not make any trouble against each other in future, based on which, the complaints are closed.

3. Since the enquiry was closed, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
