ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner / sole accused, who was arrested for the offence punishable under Sections 4(1)(a) r/w 4(1-A) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act, in Crime No.422 of 2016 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was in possession of 10 bottles of liquor bottles. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that in the seized liquor bottles, illicit arrack was found and investigation is pending.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking note of the gravity offence said to have been committed by the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
Accordingly, the Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
