O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Judicial Magistrate, Padmanabhapuram to dispose C.C.No.302 of 2011 within a time frame.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.Mr.N.S.Ramakrishna Dass, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that a Criminal Case in Crime No.933 of 2011 was registered against the accused on 03.09.2011. Though the respondent has filed a final report, which was taken on file in C.C.No.302 of 2011, the case is being adjourned without any progress. It is further submitted that the Judicial Magistrate, Padmanabhapuram posted the case on 19.08.2013 for production of witnesses, but so far the respondent has not produced the witnesses, which caused hardship and mental agony to the petitioner.

4. Considering the above submissions, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Padmanabhapuram is directed to dispose of the case in C.C.No.302 of 2011 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
