It is an application seeking a direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.23 of 2017, dated 05.02.2017 within a fime frame.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that after completion of investigation, the case was closed as 'mistake of fact' on 07.02.2017 and RCS notice also served to the petitioner through Village Administrative Officer by affixing the same on the door of the petitioner's house.
4. Recording the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
