ORDER

The above petition has been filed seeking orders to extend the time to comply with the direction of this Court made in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.2463 of 2025 in Crl.M.P. (MD)No.14207 of 2024 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.1402 of 2024 on 24.02.2025.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has taken a Demand Draft on 03.03.2025 instead of depositing the amount before the concerned Court and hence, seeks further time to comply with the direction of this Court.
