This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first and second respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent Nos.1 to 4. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submits that on the complaint given by fifth

respondent petition enquiry in C.S.R.No.172 of 2017, was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded. 4.It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.

5.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
