This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.799 of 2008, dated 23.12.2008, within a stipulated time.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions would submit that the respondent police after investigation, closed the case as 'undetected'.
4. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the counsel for the petitioner, if not furnished already to the petitioner and on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
