This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.02.2023 seeking to remove his name from the history sheet on the file of the 2nd and 3rd respondent herein.

2. Mr.P.Kottaychamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the writ petitioner's representation dated 17.02.2023 will be considered in the next meeting scheduled to be held in June 2023.
