ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 19.10.2016, for the offence punishable under Section 174

(3) Cr.P.C., @ Sections 306 and 498(A) of IPC., and Section 4 of TNPWH Act, in Crime No.453 of 2016, on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the dispute is a matrimonial dispute. The petitioner is arrayed as A2 in this case and he is an innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

3. The learned counsel for the intervener raised serious doubt about the investigation made by the respondent police. He would further submit that the deceased was murdered by the present accused along with other accused, who attacked the deceased.

4. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) for the respondent would submit that totally there are two accused in this case and the petitioner is arrayed as A2. He would further submit that initially the case was registered under Section 174(3) Cr.P.C., and later it was altered into Sections 306 and 498(A) of IPC., and Section 4 of TNPWH Act and he strongly opposed to grant the relief of bail to the petitioner.
