ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to register the petitioner's society in the name and style of "Then Mavatta Makkal Nala Sangam" by considering the petitioner's representation dated 06.06.2015.
2. Mr.N.S.Karthikeyan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents.
3. By consent, this Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the respondents vide his communication dated 10.03.2014 has stated about the existence of the similar name like that of the petitioner's organisation. By stating so, he has rejected the claim of the petitioner. However, he would lay emphasis that there is difference between the registered name in the respondents office as well as the present name of the organisation to be registered by the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
5. The learned Government Advocate was put on notice on the above-said aspects.

In view of the specific submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent with all the necessary documents and evidences, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such appearance, the second respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the basis of the documents to be produced by the petitioner, and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the petitioner as well as the interested parties, within a period of two weeks, thereafter. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
