This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to consider the Petitioner as a Juvenile and consequently to treat the proceedings in Crime No.404 of 2013 on the file of the Respondent No.2 under the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) on instructions would submit that a case was registered against the petitioner as well as two other persons for the offence under Sections 294(b) and 506(ii) I.P.C. and in respect of the others the case was closed by the Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

in respect of this petitioner, the respondent police has already filed final report before the Juvenile Justice Board, Madurai. 5.Recording the said submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
