O R D E R

The petitioner has approached this Court that the respondent police has not conducted the investigation in a proper manner and has failed to register a case for the offences under the provisions of the Scheduled Caste and Schedule Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. 2.When this application is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the investigation in Crime No.166 of 2023 was already completed and a final report has been filed before the concerned learned Judicial Magistrate, referring the complaint as mistake of fact. According to him, RCS notice was served on 20.03.2024. 3.Recording the said submission, this petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police to furnish a copy of the final report to the petitioner, within a period of one week, from the date of receipt of a copy of 2/4

this order and the petitioner is at liberty to file a protest petition before the concerned Judicial Magistrate, within a period of three weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of the final report.
