COMMON ORDER The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioners states that the petitioners are willing to abide by the demand set out in the impugned communications. If the petitioners are willing to pay the amount demanded through the impugned communications, the petitioners' possession shall not be disturbed. The petitioners give an undertaking that they would clear the arrears within a period of three months.
