ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation to the file of 2nd respondent from the file of 3rd respondent in connection with the case in Crime No.199 of 2016 pending on the file of the 3rd respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that after investigation, charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sathankulam https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and the same was taken on file as STC.No.271 of 2017, on 02.02.2017.

4. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
