This petition is filed for issuing a direction directing the respondents 1 and 2 herein to secure the accused in FIR in Crime No.261 of 2017, dated 20.06.2017.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the petitioner himself has received the report of the second respondent wherein the criminal complaint was closed as mistake of fact. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that a copy of the report was also served on the petitioner. 3.In such circumstances, this Court is of the view that this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ petition to direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein to secure the
