To Suspend the sentence and grant Bail to the Appellant/Accused No.5 against the conviction Judgment in S.C.No.588 of 2021 on the file of the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli dated 14.11.2024 and enlarge the Appellant/Accused.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble N.Anand Venkatesh J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for suspension of the sentence imposed in the judgment made in S.C.No.588 of 2021 on the file of the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli dated 14.11.2024 and to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. We find that the petitioner had already filed a petition in Crl.M.P. (MD).No.13716 of 2024 seeking for suspension of sentence and this petition came to be dismissed by this Court on 03.12.2025.

4. Since we do not find any change in circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain this petition and accordingly, this petition stands dismissed.

5. Considering the fact that the accused persons are inside the jail, Registry is directed to make the paper book ready and include this appeal for final hearing in the advance list.
