O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner under guise of enquiry.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the second respondent police harassed the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would submit the petitioner and the third respondent are residing in the same village and they are having dispute over the construction of stay room in the said village. Based on the complaint given by the third respondent, the second respondent initiated the enquiry in C.S.R.No.340 of 2020, for which on 02.06.2020, both the parties have appeared before the second respondent. However, during the time of enquiry, both the parties have not reached the compromise and thereby both of them are advised to approach the Revenue Official and thereafter, enquiry was closed.

5.In view of above, since as of now there is no enquiry pending against the petitioner, the question of 'not to harass' does not arise. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
