Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India to direct the Judge, Family Court, Nagercoil to dispose of the D.O.P.No.133 of 2021 pending on the file of Family Court, Nagercoil by passing an order on merits at an earlier date and thus render justice.

ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the revision petitioner to direct the Judge, Family Court, Nagercoil to dispose of the D.O.P.No.133 of 2021 pending on the file of Family Court, Nagercoil by passing an order on merits at an earlier date. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3.Originally the D.O.P. petition was filed by the respondent against the petitioner in the year 2019 and numbered as D.O.P.No.350 of 2019 and renumbered as D.O.P.No.133 of 2021. In that case, the petitioner/respondent filed counter two years back and it is pending without any progress.

4.In view of the above, the learned Judge, Family Court, Nagercoil, is hereby directed to dispose of the D.O.P.No.133 of 2021, within three months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
