ORDER

I have heard Mr.W.Pamelin, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.S.Jeyapriya, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

2. The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's appeal pending from August, 2020.

3. It is seen that the appeal came to be filed pursuant to the orders of this Court passed in W.P(MD)No.5337 of 2020, dated 28.07.2020. The appeal is admittedly pending and not disposed of by the second respondent.

4. In view of the above, direction is issued to the second respondent to hear the pending appeal of the petitioner after affording fair opportunity to the petitioner and pass final orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that no extension of time shall be granted. 2/4
