This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to file final report in Crime No.48 of 2018 on the file of the second respondent police, within the stipulated period as may be fixed by this Court.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that the investigation in Crime No.48 of 2018 is almost completed and prayed for one month time to file a final report.

4. In view of the above submission, the respondent police is directed to file the final report within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
