*********** This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the respondents to issue patta in the name of the petitioner for the Natham Vacant Land, with an extent of 20 feet length and 15 feet width, situated in Survey No.808/29 at Kalladai Village, Kulithalai Taluk, Karur District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 02.11.2021 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.The petitioner has filed documents in support of his claim that he is in possession of the aforementioned property. He has also filed the earlier patta which was standing in the name of the petitioner's wife. The petitioner seeks for issuance of patta in his name based on his representation dated 02.11.2021. 3.No prejudice would be caused to the third respondent if the petitioner's representation is considered on merits and in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.[MD]No.7418 of 2022 accordance with law after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner and any other necessary party whom the third respondent deems fit to enquire.

4.For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.11.2021, seeking to issue patta in his name for the Natham Vacant Land, with an extent of 20 feet length and 15 feet width, situated in Survey No.808/29 at Kalladai Village, Kulithalai Taluk, Karur District and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner and any other necessary party whom the third respondent deems fit to enquire, including granting them the right of personal hearing within a period of twelve [12] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
