O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the respondent to register a case against the Accused based on the complaint dated 13.11.2016 given to the Assistant Commissioner of Police (Crime), Tallakulam, Maduria, which was forwarded to the Respondent Police and to take action against the accused in accordance with law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement in the bundle as follows:
