The learned counsel for the petitioner has given a letter, dated 01.11.2016, to the Registry to withdraw this writ petition, which reads as follows:- "My client A.Sheela Grace Merlin Mary has filed a WP.No.1331/2015 relating to appointment on compassionate grounds. My client intends to withdraw the Writ Petition.

Therefore I request your goodselves to list the case on 02.11.2016 for withdrawal and thus render justice."

He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2.In view of the letter given and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
