ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 493(1)(b) of Code of Criminal Procedure, to modify the condition of the bail order dated 24.06.2017 imposed upon the petitioners by the Principal Sessions Court, Trichy in Cr.M.P.No.1781 of 2017 in Cr.M.P.No.89 of 2017.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent. 3.Earlier the petitioners were granted bail by the Principal Sessions Court, Trichy in Cr.M.P.No.89 of 2017 with a condition to report before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Virudhunagar daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Subsequently, the petitioners met with an accident and they were bed-ridden and they have filed an application in Cr.M.P.No.1781 of 2017 before the Principal Sessions Court, Trichy to relax the condition imposed in Cr.M.P.No.89 of 2017. The Principal Sessions Judge, Trichy, modified the condition to the effect that the petitioners shall comply the condition before the respondent Police once in a week on every Monday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have hospitalised and they are taking treatment and they are not able to comply with the condition. 5.In the above circumstances, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Cr.M.P.No.1781 of 2017 in Cr.M.P.No.89 of 2017 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. 6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
