Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.DAVID GANESAN J, Advocate for the petitioner and of on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify condition so far as the condition No.8(b) concerned imposed on the petitioner on anticipatory bail order in Crl.O.P(MD).No.3552 of 2023 dated 01.03.2023.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that not even one day, the petitioner has not complied with the condition as per the order of this Court. 3.In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
