Criminal Original Petition is field under section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying this Ho'ble Court to issue direction to direct the respondent to complete the investigation in respect of the FIR in Cr.NO.158/2017 dated 01.11.2017 and to file the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vilathikulam within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Honourable Court.
