O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct learned IIAdditional District & Sessions Judge (PCR), Tirunelveli, to accept the surrender of the Petitioners and to consider the bail application on the same day, in connection with the Crime No. 12 of 2016 , on the file of the respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, would submit that the petitioner/accused was arrested by the second respondent police on 19.12.2016.

3.The above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) is recorded. Since, the petitioner/accused was arrested, there is no necessity to pass further orders in this petition and accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
