ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to call for the records and quash the impugned F.I.R in Crime No.81 of 2021, dated 23.02.2021 registered on the file of the first respondent police under Sections 4(2),(c), 5(1)(a) & 7(1)(a) of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation has been completed and final report is yet to be filed before the Trial Court.

3. In the light of the above submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to file a final report within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
