ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry on the basis of the false compliant given by Easwaran, Sathish, Mahadevi, Ramesh. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), based on the complaint lodged by Easwaran, Sathish, Mahadevi and Ramesh, as against the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted and it has been subsequently closed. He has further submitted that since the complaint has already been closed, there is no scope for harassment at all.
