This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to pass necessary orders to the 4th respondent to include the respondents 6 to 11 as an accused in P.R.C.No.22 of 2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Trichy pursuant to the G.O.Ms.No.298 dated 03.04.2009 on the file of the 1st respondent herein.

2.The prayer sought for in this Criminal Original Petition cannot be maintained and therefore it is dismissed, giving liberty to the petitioner to workout her remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
