This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry. 2.According to the petitioner, the second respondent, without any valid reasons, frequently came to the house of the petitioner and harassing the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry. Hence this petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner is a history sheet holder and more than five cases are registered against him. As of now, five cases are pending for investigation as against the petitioner. The second respondent called the petitioner for investigation purpose and they have not harassed the petitioner as alleged by him. 2/4
