ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl OP.(MD). No.2541 of 2026 dated 11.02.2026.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the nature of offence and the facts that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition and in this case investigation is almost completed, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every alternate Saturday at 10.00a.m., for a period of two months.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
