*********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The learned counsel for the petitioner made an endorsement indicating that the petitioner is withdrawing the Writ Petitions with liberty to file appeal.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is given time till 1st July 2016 to file an appeal before the statutory authority. It is open to the petitioner to file stay application along with appeal, if he is so advised. Status-quo as-on-today has to be maintained till 1st July 2016.
