ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to take the petitioner's appeal dated 11.02.2015 filed under Patta Pass Book Act within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2.With regard to the wrong entries made in the revenue records by the authorities, the petitioner has filed an appeal dated 11.02.2015 to the first respondent. Now the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks the indulgence of this Court for a direction to the second respondent to dispose of the appeal within a stipulated time. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader, who took notice on behalf of the respondents.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal dated 11.02.2015 filed by the petitioner, on merits, after affording due opportunity to the petitioner as well as other parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
