ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner is an office bearer of the Yadava Sangam in Vilathur Village. He wants to commemorate the 45th death anniversary of one Sathaiya Konar. He is said to be a respected public figure. All that the petitioner wants is to offer Annathanam and distribute free books for students and also some study material. The petitioner makes it clear that no politician will be invited for the event. The event will not be given any political color also. The first respondent is directed to grant permission for the aforementioned event. The first respondent can stipulate appropriate condition. The petitioner undertakes to abide by the same.

3. The Writ Petition is allowed. No costs.
