O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents police to take immediate action and to proceed against the accused in Crime No.24 of 2015, dated 12.11.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) on instructions submitted that charge sheet itself was filed under Sections 420 and 406 of I.P.C before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar District. He also submitted that the Charge Sheet is yet to be taken on file. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) undertakes that respondents will do the needful to see that the Charge Sheet is taken on file as early as possible.

4. Recording the said undertaking of the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side), this Court is of the view that no further order is required.

Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
