grant the entire retirement monetary benefits to the petitioner by considering the representation, dated 15.03.2023, since the respondent No.2 issued two charge memo belatedly after the expiry of ten years and suspended the petitioner before his retirement of 20 days then not allow him to retire thereafter this Court quash the charge memo and suspension order in W.P.(MD) No.13922 of 2022 and W.P.(MD) No.13924 of 2022 on 08.09.2022, thereafter, not to provide the petitioner's entire retirement benefit only provide provisional pension alone. O R D E R

This writ petition is filed for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, to disburse the terminal benefits to the petitioner. 2.The petitioner was placed under suspension since he is facing a charge memo. However, both were quashed by this Court in W.P.(MD) No.13922 of 2022 and W.P.(MD) No.13924 of 2022. 2/5

3. Therefore, without expressing any opinion, this Court is directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner and pass order in the light of the orders passed in the above said writ petitions. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above said observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
