Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.9150 of 2023 in Crl.A.(MD).No.478 of 2023, dated 20.02.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as per the direction of this Court, the petitioner is complying with the Conditions imposed by this Court regularly and hence, he prayed to relax the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying the conditions imposed by this Court regularly from 01.03.2024.

4. Considering the submissions made on either side, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to report before the learned Special Judge, Special Court for POCSO Act cases, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District on the first working day of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m. till the disposal of the appeal.
