ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Sadeeshkumar, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2.

2.The prayer in the writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to forbear the third respondent from engaging cable TV business of any kind at Meerankulam village, Sathankulam Taluk, Thoothukudi District since the petitioner is permitted with a valid LCO license to do cable TV business for the same Meerankulam village.

3.When the matter came up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents has produced an order dated 03.07.2015 by which the authorities granted licence to the third respondent.

4.In view of the same, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the said order and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

5.Recording the same, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh writ petition to challenge the said order.

No costs. Consequently, M.P(MD)No.1 of 2015 is closed.
