It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent Police frequently called the petitioners to the Police Station and harassed them under the guise of enquiry in respect of a woman missing case.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on instructions, would submit that the petitioners were called only for enquiry, with regard to the whereabouts of the first petitioner's son and that the respondent Police did not cause https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

any harassment to the petitioners and the petitioners are not accused in Crime No.632 of 2016. However, he gave an undertaking that if at all the presence of the petitioners is required, the respondent would call the petitioners for enquiry only after issuing summons giving specific date, time and place.

5. Recording the above undertaking given by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
