ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 12.12.2015 and investigate the same.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent.

3. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that pursuant to the earlier compliant, the proposed accused agreed to return the money to the petitioner. But, subsequently, he failed to honour his commitments. So, a case has to be registered against the proposed accused, based on the complaint of the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions would submit that if a fresh complaint is given, the respondent police is ready to take action as per law.

5. In view of the same, the petitioner is permitted to give a fresh complaint to the respondent police, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such receipt, the respondent police shall take action in accordance with law.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
