ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the third respondent not to harass the petitioners in the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the fourth respondent, enquiry was taken in C.No.G3/6830/TAN/2023 & C.No.150/DCB/TAN/2023 and during the course of enquiry, the fourth respondent appeared herself and stated that they compromised the issue in the presence of elders of the village level. On the basis of the above said statement, further action was dropped.
