Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to provide the place for the petitioner to run the vegetable petty shop at water channel road consider and pass necessary orders and petitioner's representation dated 23.04.2015. For Petitioner : Mr.D.Selvanayagam For Respondent : Mr.K.Guru, Additional Government Pleader.

ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Guru, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent. By consent, this writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage.

2.The prayer in the writ petition is to direct the respondent to provide a place for the petitioner to run vegetable petty shop at water channel road based on her representation dated 23.04.2015.

3.According to the petitioner, she and her husband are physically challenged persons and since they have to maintain their day to-day life, they have decided to put up a vegetable shop in Melur water channel Road. It is seen that the petitioner had already approached the respondent by way of her representation on 23.04.2015 for the above said purpose. Since no final order has been passed, the petitioner has come forward to file this writ petition.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on the merits and contentions of the petitioner, the respondent is directed to consider the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation of the petitioner dated 23.04.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity to the petitioner as well as other parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
