ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioners in the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the official respondents would submit that no any complaint received by the third respondent from the fourth respondent as against these petitioners. No any harassment made by the third respondent as alleged by the petitioners.

3. The prayer of the petitioners is to direct the respondents 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner and the third respondent denied the alleged harassment and they not even received any complaint as against these petitioners. 2/4

4. In view of the same, recording the above said submission of the third respondent, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed without even issuing notice to the fourth respondent.
