This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.129 of 2025 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Kenikkarai Police Station, Ramanathapuram District to the file of the Inspector of Police, C.B.C.I.D., Ramanathapuram District.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, while perusing the records, it is seen that the FIR in Crime No.129 of 2025 has been recently registered i.e., on 12.03.2025 and there are no grounds to transfer the investigation. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to transfer the investigation however, the investigation officer is directed to conduct fair investigation in accordance with law. 2/4

3.With the said observation, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
