Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling the records of the respondent ie.., the Principal Secretary to Government, Education Department, Chennai relating to Letter No.3380 / Nee.Va. 2 /2013-5 dated: 07.10.2013 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to count 50% of services put in by the petitioner as part time Vocational Instructor for the period from 22.08.1977 to 03.06.1979 for the purpose of calculation of pension and to send revised pension proposals to the Accountant General, Chennai within a specified time frame that may be fixed by this Court.
