PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to issue direction to transfer the investigation and further directing the 3rd respondent to forward the 1st petitioner complaint dated 07.04.2022 to the 2nd respondent for conducting an enquiry under the code of Criminal Procedure.

This petition has been filed seeking direction to transfer the investigation and further direct the third respondent to forward the first petitioner complaint dated 07.04.2022 to the second respondent for conducting an enquiry under the code of Criminal Procedure.
