This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the respondent frequently called the petitioners and harassed them under the guise of enquiry.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that with regard to a case pending against the petitioners' son in Crime No.9 of 2017, for the offences under Sections 294(b), 506(i) IPC., and Sections 5(1) and 6 of POCSO Act, dated 30.06.2017, they are called for enquiry and there was no https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
harassment to the petitioners. It was submitted that the petitioners are not required for enquiry in future.
