ORDER
The petitioner may apply through online seeking legal heir certificate under the provisions of G.O.(Ms)No.478 of 2022 dated 29.09.2022. If such an application is filed, the first respondent / Tahsildar may examine the credentials of the petitioner herein. If the petitioner is not able to apply online, then the petitioner may give a fresh representation to the first respondent and on the basis of such representation, the respondent may examine and pass necessary orders relating to the legal heir certificate in accordance with the aforesaid G.O. The first respondent should dispose of either the online application or the fresh representation within a period of eight weeks from the date of the online application/ representation.
